Copper POTS Migration

Customers now have many affordable and efficient alternative solutions to replace this legacy service by way of advanced and dependable devices, which support voice lines, fax machines, fire alarm panels, intrusion alarms, elevators, entry gate access, point of sale, modems, SCADA, ring down circuits (direct connect lines), and back up lines for premise-based phone systems.

Each device has a static 4G LTE connection off the Verizon LTE data network with a Service Level Agreement, 24/7/365 monitoring, and unlimited outbound domestic calling. This fixed price model allows organizations to control their monthly recurring charges, budget more accurately, and save valuable time by not having to review and reconcile invoices, make inquiries, and follow up on disputes and resolutions.

  1. NFPA rule 72 for fire alarms and signaling code (National Fire Protection Association)

  2. UL rule 864 for fire alarms, fire panel phones, and elevators (Underwriters Laboratories)

  3. HIPPA when using voice, e-fax, fax@fax, and fax to email, end to end encryption

  4. PCI when using Point of Sale (POS) systems

How it works

The device has an integrated Class 5 soft-switch with Central Office (CO) intelligence. When deployed, it connects to Verizon’s private LTE (data) network and the customers internet circuit. The connection to Verizon’s LTE data network is a static connection with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), which makes it faster, efficient, and reliable. This forward thinking, purpose-built universal device incorporates the pairing of 4G LTE and internet, ethernet with analog technology that can connect analog devices.

What does it cost?

The pricing model is a fixed per line charge, plus sales tax, that is it! The per line charge varies based on the terms of the contract, which can be three, four, or five years. Our clients are seeing 30% to 50% savings.
